"As a professional dancer, choreographer and fitness instructor, I bring a wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge to all my classes at ELE Dance & Fitness. I have worked professionally within the entertainment industry, both in the UK and internationally, for over 15 years, and over 12 years as a Zumba® and fitness instructor. I have been running successful dance and fitness classes since 2011, providing classes in local schools and gyms and private classes for businesses and their employees; including team building events.
As the founder of ELE Dance & Fitness I aim to not only encourage the community to become more active and stay active but more importantly to realise the mental and physical benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle". - Emma.

Emma's Fitness Story
Emma's fitness career began in 2011, when, alongside her career as a dancer and choreographer, she qualified as a Zumba® instructor. Whilst auditioning, Emma taught Zumba® and dance in gyms and schools for different companies but it wasn't long before she decided to set up her own classes. These were running, in London, for over 7 years and Emma created a great community of Zumba® participants.
To support her fitness career, Emma gained her Certificate in Fitness Instructing (ETM) and became a member of CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity). She also qualified as a Strong Nation™ instructor and more recently as a Pilates Matwork Instructor.
